                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   GENERAL SLOPE EASEMENT FROM GEORGE SLAUGHTER
                   AND DORTHY SLAUGHTER, RELATIVE TO THE
                   GUNBARREL ROAD PROJECT, TRACT NO. 16, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF THREE THOUSAND, THREE
                   HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($3,325.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a general slope easement from George Slaughter and
       Dorthy Slaughter, relative to the Gunbarrel Road Project, Tract
       No. 16, for a consideration of $3,325.00.
